The UXi Rugby Institutes “DARE TO GO THERE” campaign challenges all women to participate in the HP Rugby development programme offered at all six UXi International Rugby Institutes in South Africa.

Register for this individual player development program that focus on YOU and developing every student-athlete in her position to their highest level of competition.

Anything is possible if you dare to go where no one else has gone before and challenge yourself to perform in this male dominated sport. Our Institute staff is ready and equipped to assist and support every female in our system to go further and beyond, set new standards and become a role model for many South African women who aspire to participate as athletes and professionals in rugby.

Our programme is scientifically designed to focus on every individual player’s development regardless of previous levels of skills and experience. A dedicated team of highly skilled coaches, mentors and facilitators with a proven success record in men’s and women’s rugby, will lead this international women’s rugby development programme for its four-month duration within its existing 15-men’s high performance system.

RUGBY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME.

The High Performance Rugby Development Programme includes the following:

  • An individual player development plan to achieve player development objectives

  • Positional specific skills, strength and conditioning training

  • Rugby education tailored to a player’s current experience level

  • Mental performance coaching for a “Champion Mindset”
