This programme offers a blended learning approach, combining coaching science theory with daily practical experience. Student-coaches gain hands-on exposure across schools, clubs, unions, and institutes, while working alongside mentor coaches to develop their own coaching philosophy and plans. The programme also includes video and game analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting. An integrated internship ensures real-world experience, building confidence and practical coaching skills.
