UXi Sport is proud to introduce the first of its growing chain of gyms, The Shed Stellenbosch, located in the exciting UXi Private Education precinct at Bosman’s Crossing.
The Shed hosts the Western Province Rugby Academy players in this brand-new high-performance centre with top class locally manufactured equipment that makes strength and conditioning training an experience in itself!
The equipment has been carefully selected to create the ultimate training environment conducive for the high-performance programme as well as hosts specialised equipment for all strength and conditioning enthusiasts.
The UXi Gyms serve as learning and employment opportunities for many of the UXi Sport athletes on the HFPA sport programmes for Fitness Instructors, Personal Trainers, Exercise Science, Coaching Science, Wellness Coaching etc.
UXi Gyms are also opportunities for personal trainers to conduct their sessions to their clients as it is UXi Sport’s passion to support small business and entrepreneurs in the sport and fitness industry.
