The world of rugby and sport boasts with exciting careers on and off the field. The UXi Sport rugby development and career programmes are aimed at INDIVIDUAL PLAYER DEVELOPMENT with the key objective to ensure that every participant reaches his/her highest level of competition, whether on-field or in life, as player or a professional in the workplace.
For most student-athletes it is a two-to-three year journey that allows the individual to access the probability of participating in national and/or international competitions while continuously engaging in one-on-one performance discussions with coaches and mentors to re-assess the goals and aspirations of every student-athlete.
The UXi Rugby Institutes train, educate and develop every participant to WIN! These programmes offer opportunities for every student-athlete, and is uniquely formulated and built around every individual’s education and development needs.
