BRONZE – 10-15%SILVER – 15-25%GOLD – 25-40%DIAMOND – 40-50%
ACADEMICA min of 50% overall for 6 best subjects in prelims and final exams (excluding Life Orientation).

OR

A min of 60% average in 6 best
subjects in prelims or finals, (excluding Life Orientation).

OR

A min of 70% average in 6 best
subjects in prelims or finals, (excluding Life Orientation).

OR

Dux learner in prelims or final examinations.
SPORTParticipated in school sport at Gr 12 level

OR

1st Team selection
(played a minimum of 10 games)

OR

1st Team Vice-Captain or 2nd Team Captain

OR

Honours in Sport/SA representative or Union representative
LEADERSHIPHave participated in or demonstrated a leadership role during Gr 12

OR

Learner Representative Council (LRC – Prefect) or
Half Colours

OR

Executive on LRC (Deputy Head Boy/Girl) or Full Colours

OR

CULTURE Actively participated in cultural activities eg. Music, Dance, Drama, Public Speaking during Gr 12Half Colours for any cultural activities on scholastic level Full Colours for any cultural activities on scholastic level

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. This bursary is only applicable if you apply for a full ONE or TWO year programme.
  2. The bursary awarded in a 1st year application is non-transferable to the 2nd and/or 3rd year of studies and or sports development.
  3. Bursaries are not applicable to the clothing kit fees.
  4. Bursaries do not cover meals, accommodation and other expenses such as national tours, excursions and external tournaments costs.
  5. Bursary applications will only be considered on full provision and submission of school results and or confirmation of performance as indicated.
  6. Bursary applications window is OPEN.
  7. The decision made by the Faculty Managers is final and no correspondence will be entered into after the bursary closing dates.

Though we strive to assist everyone as far as possible that approach us for financial assistance, we are unfortunately not in a position to always assist every applicant that knocks on our door. We believe that reward stems from performance, which leads to achievement; and, as such we have designed and implemented a bursary platform that will aim to assist as many applicants as possible.
